Your assigned Compliance Specialist is responsible and accountable for the following:
- Ensure full compliance with all HR and benefits laws and mandates
- Create and maintain employee handbook for all U.S. states
- Maintain and distribute all Federal, State and Local Notices & Disclosures to employees
- Ensure all government filings are completed, including EEO-1, ACA 1094C/1095, 5500 tax filings
- Prepare & distribute ERISA SPD and WRAP documents
- Provide and track all mandated employee trainings
- Annual audits of I-9 and FLSA compliance
- Track & communicate relevant HR and benefits legislation
