Ongoing Management & Support
- Primary tech support contact for client staff for all technologies
- Manage and maintain integrations of all installed technologies
- Day-to-day management of HRIS and MyMelita
- Reporting support
- Annual Open Enrollment configuration
- Manage updates and changes to configurations as needed by client
- Manage and update all file feeds (GL, carrier vendor feeds, 401k, etc.)
