Learning Events Refund Policy: Cancellations may be made up to the date of the event, 50% of the fee paid will be credited towards participation in another Learning Event within 12 months of the event the attendee cancelled for the originally registered attendee or someone else in the same organization. If someone does not show-up for an event, the same policy applies. If The Melita Group has to cancel an event, 100% refund will be made to all paid attendees.
The use of the HRCI seal is not an endorsement by HRCI of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met HRCI's criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit.
