Community Involvement

Community involvement is an important component of the culture at The Melita Group. We believe giving back to the community benefits both our team and the organizations that we support. Our community involvement focus is designed to create internal teambuilding opportunities and enhance relations within our community.

Our community involvement mission is "to understand our community, to target those areas that could benefit from our involvement, and to interact with others in our community to make a positive impact."

Through our community involvement efforts, we partner with the Entrepreneurs Foundation (EF), which works with emerging companies to create, manage, and implement corporate foundations and community benefit programs. We have also supported organizations such as The Family Giving Tree, Second Harvest Food Bank and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Our team members also give back to the community through individual volunteer opportunities. Lisa McCormack, SPHR (VP, Client Services for The Melita Group) is on the Board of Directors for a local non-profit agency, Silicon Valley FACES.
